INITIAL INSPECTION
Check for underlying moisture issues:
Calcium deposits, mould stains, cracked tiles, damaged grout, insufficient caulking 
CAULKING REMOVAL
Removal of mildew stained and cracked caulking from entire area.
STAIN REMOVAL
Removal of soap scum buildup, light to moderate mineral deposits, hard water stains, calcium, lime, without damaging the surface beneath it.
HIGH HEAT STEAM CLEANING & DISINFECTION
With our professional steamers the entire area is cleaned , sanitized and deodourized with a steam temperature of up to 316ºF / 160°C – optimal for cleaning and disinfection.
DRYING
Hot air blowers are used to dry the entire area prior to sealing and caulking.
GROUT SEALING
Grout is "clear or colour" sealed to protect from future discoloration, dirt, grime and moisture.
Grout colour seal can be mixed to match any colour.
CAULKING
100% silicone and mould resistant caulking is professionally applied. Available in a variety of colours.
FINAL INSPECTION & ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
